Hitting the Streets.

I have this thing for art, and a bigger thing for street art due to it's unpredictable beauty and inspiring qualities. This past weekend, I took a walk downtown and passed a couple of buildings that had remarkable fire damage. As I turned the corner, this woman glanced at me from behind her fan with a dangerously sly look. The colours of the mural captured me. The power of perception made me feel like I could step out of this shabby neighbourhood and into another world. And so I did...
